Follow the steps below to backup your files and mysql databases:



How to backup files:

1. Connect to your site using your favorit FTP software

2. Download all your files to your local computer



How to backup mysql databases:

1. Log in to your cPanel control panel

2. Go to PHPMyAdmin

3. Choose the database/s you want to back up

4. Click "Export" and export the backup to a file
