Subject: How to manually restore MySQL using PhpMyAdmin
1. Log in to your cPanel

2. Click on phpMyAdmin icon

3. Select the database from phpMyAdmin section

4. Click on Import tab

5. Click on Browse button from the location of the text field

6. Select the source file and click on open button

7. Click on Go button
