Subject: How to restore cPanel full backup?
As you may know, there is no way to restore cpanel full backup files by
the customer. cPanel made this restriction that only the server owner
can restore full backups



However we gladly assist all our customers on this.



Please log in to your FTP and upload the backup file.

Log a support ticket indicating the backup file name, the domain where
it's uploaded to and the type of backup your backup file is (cPanel
full backup or home directory backup or mysql db backup)



We will then restore this backup file and will reply to your ticket when completed.
